Rafael and Luis Aybar are two engineering brothers who have followed their father's legacy, working side by side to honor his memory. The history of Constructora Aybar begins in 1986, when engineer Rafael Aybar Báez legally established the name of this company focused on the construction of civil works, planning, organization and administration of projects with the quality and guarantee that its clients need.
During these years we have executed more than 30 important projects, more than 50 thousand square meters of civil, electrical and sanitary works.

We are a Construction company that was founded in Santo Domingo in 1987 by Rafael Aybar Báez. In 1997, with the death of Mr. Aybar Baez, his son Rafael Aybar Medrano assumed the Vice-Presidency of the company and in 2001 he separated from his former partner and founded what is now known as Constructora Aybar, SA
During these years we have executed more than 1,500 important projects and more than 50 thousand square meters of civil, electrical and sanitary works.

We have many years of experience in the most important tourist complexes in the Dominican Republic, such as: Casa de Campo, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Cana Bay, and also experience in important commercial projects.
