45 Park Tribeca

The 45 Park Tribeca project has 20 apartment blocks of 10 levels, with 6 units per floor with 2 bedrooms per level, for a total of 1,200 apartments. This development includes 800 exclusive parking spaces for residents, 70 additional parking spaces for the shopping plaza and 100 parking spaces for visitors. It presents a modern shopping plaza with 30 stores distributed on two levels, each with 6 common bathrooms, occupying a total area of 3,000 m².
