Cortecito

The Cortecito project is an ambitious real estate development comprising 14 apartment blocks, each with 11 levels. On each level there are 9 2-bedroom units, giving a total of 1,386 apartments. This complex offers 850 exclusive parking spaces for residents, 50 additional parking spaces for the shopping plaza and 130 parking spaces for visitors. The shopping plaza includes 22 stores distributed on two levels, each with 4 common bathrooms, and occupies a total area of 2,800 m². In addition, the project has an extensive green space of approximately 9,500 m² and a common area for events that includes an Olympic pool, a 220 m² gazebo and a 400 m² locker area.
