Vistana Tower

The Vistana Tower project is an ambitious real estate development comprising 15 apartment blocks, each with 12 levels. On each level there are 10 units with 4 bedrooms, giving a total of 1,800 apartments. This complex offers 1,200 exclusive parking spaces for residents, 60 additional parking spaces for the shopping plaza and 200 parking spaces for visitors. The shopping plaza includes 25 stores distributed on three levels, each with 5 common bathrooms, and occupies a total area of 3,500 m². In addition, the project has an extensive green space of approximately 10,000 m² and a common area for events that includes an Olympic pool, a 250 m² gazebo and a 500 m² locker area.
